These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CUETPractice.com, related mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated and legally owned by Collab Circle Private Limited (“Company,” “Collab Circle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

1.1 Minors (14–18 Years): Our Service is available to students between the ages of 14–18. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We may require parent/guardian details for verification.

1.2 Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

1.3 Single Sign-On (SSO): CUETPractice.com is owned by Collab Circle. Single Sign-On (SSO) integration allows you to access multiple Collab Circle platforms with one secure login. These platforms share a common data store for authentication and service delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. License & Permitted Use

2.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

2.2 You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Use the Service for commercial training, coaching, or redistribution.

Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Service.

3. Payments, Fees & Refunds

3.1 Fees for accessing the Service, where applicable, must be paid in advance through approved payment channels.

3.2 Once you have selected the subjects and started using the Service, no refunds will be issued.

3.3 In case of verified technical failures that prevent you from accessing or completing an exam or feature, you may request assistance at support@cuetpractice.com. Where appropriate, we may allow a reattempt at no additional cost.

4. Use of Service & User Obligations

4.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

4.2 You are solely responsible for all data, content, and information you provide or upload.

4.3 You must not attempt to bypass security features, share accounts, or misuse any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, assessments, materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property made available through the Service are the property of Collab Circle Private Limited.

5.2 Any content submitted by users (e.g., answers, feedback, suggestions, or uploaded documents) becomes the property of Collab Circle. We may use, reproduce, or adapt such submissions without restriction.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data.

6.2 Users under 18 must have their parent/guardian review and consent to the Privacy Policy before use.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

7.2 While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collab Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collab Circle, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

9. Promotions & Contests (Optional)

From time to time, we may run contests, promotions, or campaigns. These may be subject to additional rules and conditions, which will be communicated separately.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Service and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
